You will learn to understand why it can be normal to feel nervous and techniques to control your shaky legs, beating heart or nausea. We will explore the reasons for these nerves and you will learn how to release any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. The techniques drawn upon throughout this course are from sports psychology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), breathing techniques and visualisation.
